Honeycomb Blinds Repairs (Manual & Motorised)
The most common issue we face with honeycomb blinds is the strings fray and break. This is priamrly because the cord runs through small brass or plastic guides, depending on the age of the blinds eventually this causes the cord to break. We carry the correct cord for re-stringing honeycomb blinds, please dont use fishing line or other products not designed for honeycomb blinds.
We carry a number of motors, Dooya, A-ok, Rollease Acmeda, Somfy & Norman !!!! to replace motors that may have broken. They normally break just when the warranty runs out !!
Cordless Honeycomb Blinds Trouble Shooting – The most common issue with cordless honeycomb blinds and in particular blinds from Norman Australia is they are just too complicated in the cordless operation and children in particular can cause KNOTS to form in the cord this basically stops them from going up/down. So if you have cordless honeycomb and its made by the hopeless people from Norman Australia (that is my professional Opinion) look inside the cells and locate the Knot. Use a piece of long wire pull the Knot our of the cell and undo it. You will find your blind will be operational again.
