Straight Drop Awnings allow for a much tighter fit to the window. When we manufacture awnings we allow for the awning to cover more than just the window. To get maximum benefit from awnings you need to extend the awning at least 150mm each side of the window, while slightly more expensive it gives a better end result stoping heat entering around the edges of the window. The difference between a straight drop vrs traditional auto sunblind is that the lifting is controlled by crank handle for straight drop.
